,**ABOUT US** **Sibros Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a cleaner to join us We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.** **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Cleaner** Job: Cleaner for Residential Strata Building Wage: $19.00 per hour Location: Alaska St and Willingdon Ave, Burnaby Schedule: Monday to Friday (5x per week) Hours: 5 hours per session (9:30am - 3:00 pm with 30 min lunch break) **Building Manager** Job: Building Manager for Residential Strata Building Wage: $23.00 per hour Location: Alaska St and Willingdon Ave, Burnaby Schedule: Full-Time - Monday to Friday (5x per week) Hours: 7 hours per session (8:30am - 4:30pm with one hour lunch break) Mandatory qualifications: - You own a smartphone with data - You are authorized to work in Canada - No subcontractors Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience - Experience in surface disinfection - Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**: - Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas - Garbage and recycling disposal - Clean windows and mirrors - Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high - Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products **If you are interested in joining our team, please respond to this posting with the following documents and information**: - Resume - Availability (What days and times are you available during the week) - References (mandatory) - We thank all applicants for their submissions.
