- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.

- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills in customer service, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target markets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in outside sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in account management practices and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
- A proactive approach towards problem-solving and achieving results.
