Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiations
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of technology sales, including software or hardware solutions
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with clients
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Experience in technical sales or outside sales is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
