**Job Purpose**

The Shipper/Receiver, Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of an organization, ensuring products are shipped on time, received properly, and inventory is accurately maintained.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working with Purchasing and Customer Service, coordinate with customers, third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and delivery services to schedule deliveries and pick-ups
- Ensure that shipments are properly recorded and reflected in the inventory management system.
- Prepare appropriate paperwork for shipping, including packing slips, bills of lading (BOL) or customs forms for across‐the‐border deliveries.
- Track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time and update customers or internal teams on their status.
- Inventory data entry of inventory received, shipped, released, transferred, etc. using company systems.
- Track inventory to ensure that orders are filled in a timely manner and notify relevant teams when inventory levels are low.
- Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and in resolving discrepancies
- Create inventory releases and fulfill both picking/releasing between facilities
- Pick and pack Fulfillment orders or inventory product release items according to order specifications and ensure accuracy of orders.
- Prepare and arrange for the most economical and efficient shipping method with various couriers based on direction from Supervisor, Lettershop & Logistics
- Review and fully execute job instructions as specified on Work Dockets and/or Warehouse Release documents and as per Supervisor of Warehousing and Logistics’ instructions.
- Perform Shipping and Receiving duties - validate Packing Slip or Bill of Lading against physical contents including thorough inspections of materials while ensuring company procedures are strictly followed and 'standards are maintained.
- Reject and report damaged goods and any shipping/receiving discrepancies in inventory to Supervisor of Lettershop & Logistics in an expedited manner.

**Other Abilities Required**
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent hands on experience required
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
- Ability to read and write English proficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and mechanically inclined.
- Must be able to understand and comply to Canada Post Corporation and United States Postal Service rules and regulations.
- Tow Motor License required
- Raymond Reach Experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
