**About Us**:
At Excellent Town Education, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized learning experiences to students. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced French Tutor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy working closely with students in a small-group setting and who can guide learners from beginner level all the way to success in TEF or TCF exams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach French to students aged 10+ in 1:1 or small group settings (up to 6 students per class)
- Customize lesson plans based on students’ proficiency levels and learning goals
- Help beginner-level students build strong foundations in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Provide structured preparation for students aiming to take TEF or TCF for immigration, academic, or personal goals
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and/or parents
- Incorporate engaging activities and materials to maintain student interest and motivation
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in French
- Experience teaching French as a second language
- Familiarity with TEF and/or TCF exam formats and scoring criteria，committed to helping students achieve A2 level proficiency within 4-6 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet different learning needs
- Responsible, punctual, and organized

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with children, teens, or adult learners
- Ability to teach in both in-person and online formats

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
