- ** You are sales-driven** - You strive to achieve personal and store sales goals as well as service objectives
- ** You are a team player -**You are dedicated to contributing to a collaborative team with a positive and friendly attitude
- ** You have experience and or interest in the automotive industry** - You have automotive system knowledge, parts knowledge, experience with POS and can provide automotive problem resolution including identification and project assistance for customers
- ** You are reliable -**You are a self-starter who is dependable in completing tasks and maintain an excellent attendance record
- ** You are resourceful** - You have the ability to source from numerous places including special order, second source, etc.
- ** Available Monday to Friday** -There are various shifts that you may be assigned. A few for examples are 8-5, 8:30-5:30 Saturday 8-4 on occasion.
- ** Good Mobility** - Must be able to reach, kneel, must be able to lift 50lb and stand for long periods.

Essential Job Skills Necessary for Success as a Retail Parts Pro
- Working knowledge of automotive systems, and diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc.
- Speak and write English; communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; ability to write simple correspondence
- Understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
