Summary:Reporting to the Back Room Department Manager, a Receiving Outfitter is responsible for backend operations including receiving, warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, stocking and maintenance/housekeeping departmentsResponsibilities:Systematically receive ’s that come into the buildingPhysical count of all packages coming into the building and verify count with packing slipConduct stocking activities from back room to sales floorPerform tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging of newly arriving Cabela’s Canada productConduct general replenishment of all departments including facing, hanging merchandiseConduct floor checks including cleaning, updates to pricing and signage, inventory, verification of min/max settings, ensuring that shelves are full and that security tags are in placeAssist with merchandise purges when necessaryQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAttention to detail to ensure accuracy of workCustomer service oriented team playerAbility to effectively communicate with customers and other business contacts in a courteous, positive and professional mannerPhysically able to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandiseSteel toes work boots are requiredMust be able to obtain a PAL licenseBass Pro Shops & Cabela’s welcomes applications from people with disabilities.Accommodations are available upon request during the assessment and selection process.BenefitsEnjoy discounts on retail merchandise, our restaurants, world-class resorts and conservation attractionsFun work environmentCompetitive wagesExcellent benefitsUnlimited career advancement opportunitiesBass Pro Cares FundBass Pro Shops
