**Job Title**: Bookkeeper Office Administrator (Part-Time)

D&L Landscaping and Concrete is a family-owned business providing exceptional concrete and snow clearing services across Winnipeg and the surrounding region. In addition to D&L, we operate a series of other companies that focus on electrical, construction, and vehicle/engine repair. With a dynamic and busy office environment, we’re looking for someone reliable and organized to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the payroll manager with record-keeping, receipt filing, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate accounting and record-keeping across the electrical, concrete & asphalt, construction, and repair garage divisions.
- Create financial reports.
- Organize and maintain files, paperwork, and office systems for efficient operations.
- Greet and assist customers who visit the office for payments or meetings.
- Order parts, supplies, and other items as needed for the office and field operations.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and correspondence.
- Perform other administrative and bookkeeping tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Must live in or around Winnipeg or Sunnyside, Manitoba. Or be willing to relocate as all work is done on-site.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Proficiency or basic understanding of Sage accounting software is required.
- Experience in administrative roles and office support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to keep operations on track.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping processes, including receipt entry and record-keeping.
- Good computer knowledge and skills.
