Scarborough, Canada Central Dental Ltd Full time

Central Dental Ltd is a Canada wide family business. reseller of supplies to dental labs and denturists. We sell and support dental products, material and equipment as well as CAD/CAM software, scanners and manufacturing equipment.

We are looking for a Service Technician to support, maintain and service the equipment we sell. The position is a full-time permanent role.

Duties include, but are not limited to,
- support staff and customers with equipment related inquiries
- repair, maintain and test bench-top dental lab equipment
- IT (LAN, workstations, software, phones and printers)
- maintain spare part and tool inventories
- manage product returns, invoicing and shipment of repairs
- send and track repairs sent to OEMs and third party providers
- participate in improving and documenting procedures
- additional training will be provided on the job and by OEM partners

**Experience**
- Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles is required
- Education, certification or related experience is preferred but not required
- Most work on is site with some visits to customers or suppliers
- Class G license is needed and some travel may be required

**Hours**
- Typical hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Mon-Fri
