We are looking to expand our team and add a new technician. The job entails a significant amount of travel - road warriors welcome. Have a look at the duties and requirements:
Job Duties

1. Conduct Service Calls; 30-50% travel
- Perform commissioning, calibration, maintenance and repair of our equipment on customer sites;
- Deliver product training to the customer
- Collect customer insights and feedback to our engineering dept
- Participate in testing of systems/transducers
- Evaluate customer samples
- Support sales team with technical context
- Complete site visit service reports for administration
- Provide phone support
- Possess a valid driver’s license and
- Must be willing to travel internationally to customer
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager

Education❖ Post-secondary technical education
- Electrical and/or mechanical technician experience
- Sound technical background (hands-on) with logical deductive reasoning
- Interest in developing technical skills through both internal and external

Soft/Organizational Skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineered drawings
- Mechanical and electrical ability (working with power tools, using multimeters,.)
- The ability to produce objective reports
- A tenacious personality that will not let an issue be left unresolved
- High level of personal integrity
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated diplomacy and professionalism
- Positive demeanor under stressful situations

Industry Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a hands-on Electro-mechanical
- Ability to travel to USA.
- Ability to perform inspections and to interpret
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated diplomacy and professionalism
- Positive demeanor under stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work with little supervision: must be self-directed.
- Ability to understand procedural manuals and execute work orders
- Ability to set up, calibrate, operate and maintain field equipment
- Ability to prepare reports and documentation
- May be required the ability to lift and carry materials
- Comply with all Team Industrial Services policies and procedures, as well as Federal and Provincially mandated legislation and regulations
- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
