***:
Analyzing and resolving invoice issues within multiple ERPs and NFI Group AP software. Provide leadership to the AP admin within the teams.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Help coordinate of daily workload of staff, providing assistance, guidance and ensuring proper execution of tasks.
- Assist Account Payable manager regarding delegation of duties within department to ensure proper balance of workloads.
- Work with Account Payable manager to maintain departmental procedures and provide leadership to the AP team.
- Support Account Payable manager with cashflow communication on weekly payment runs.
- Ensure team is meeting department KPI’s and provide support.
- Responsible to ensure all key controls (ICFR Internal Controls) identified under their area of responsibility are designed and operating as outlined in the internal controls over Financial Reporting.
- Ensure policies and processes are adhered to ensure goals and objectives for all regulatory and legal requirements are met including organizational Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Admin/Accounting, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting/payables.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines and works in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate computer skills and calculating abilities.
- Detailed oriented and strong mathematical computation ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer savvy and other equipment related to essential functions.
- Walking, sitting and typing.
