At Rexdale Community Health Centre (RCHC), you’ll be part of a mission-driven team providing high-quality, culturally responsive care to one of Toronto’s most diverse and vibrant communities. Our Interprofessional Primary Care Team (IPCT) works together — physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, mental health clinicians, and community health workers — to meet patients where they are: in our clinic, at partner sites, and through our _Wheels to Wellness_ mobile health bus.

**Your Role**
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with the team to address social determinants of health
- Deliver care in clinic, community partner sites, and mobile settings
- Lead and participate in prevention, screening, and health promotion programs
- Optional teaching and mentorship for medical trainees

**What We’re Looking For**
- MD + Family Medicine residency
- CPSO licence + CCFP designation
- CMPA coverage
- Commitment to equity-driven, community-based care
- Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable in diverse settings
- Knowledge of the Rexdale Community is an asset
- Fluency in French, Spanish and/or Arabic is considered an asset

**Location**: We have 3 sites in North Etobicoke: 8 Taber road, 222 Dixon and 21 Panorama, plus some travel within North Etobicoke on our mobile health bus.

**Salary**: $160.64 per hour (as per OMA) plus HOOPP & a very generous Benefit and vacation package

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with the occasional evenings to 8pm and Saturdays - Full-time (35 hours) or Part-time (TBD)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $160.64 per hour

- Doctoral Degree (preferred)

- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Coverage (required)
