**Position Summary**

We are seeking a **Physician Assistant**to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the Medical Director and will work primarily out of our Oakville clinic, with flexibility to provide occasional coverage at our Etobicoke or Brampton locations as required.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with Physicians, Fertility Nurses, Sonographers, Lab Technicians, Medical Office Administrators, and the full healthcare team to provide personalized, compassionate care to our fertility patients. The Physician Assistant will integrate medical knowledge, patient education, and care coordination, while supporting both initial assessments and ongoing fertility treatments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Physician or Clinical Director within the physician-patient relationship, performing delegated controlled acts under supervision.
- Conduct initial patient consultations, ongoing monitoring visits, and follow-ups.
- Provide patient education on fertility treatment options, procedures, medications, and next steps.
- Review patient files, medical histories, and test results in collaboration with the treating physician to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Foster professional, ethical, and trustworthy relationships with patients, families, and team members.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
- Deliver patient care in alignment with CHARM’s mission, values, and standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Experienced Physician Assistant**:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
- Demonstrated patient-centered approach with a focus on empathy, education, and trust.
- Prior experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women's health is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations when necessary.
