Today, Adfast is a privately held company with nearly 150 employees and 10 offices. **Adfast is currently seeking a Junior System and Network Administrator** Under the responsibility of the Senior Network Administrator, the Junior System and Network Administrator is responsible for the proper functioning of the company's system and network infrastructure. He/she is also responsible for analyzing future needs and responding to them in a satisfactory manner while respecting the best practices of operational management. **Working Conditions**: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Day shift, In-person. Status : Permanent Benefits: Group insurance, RRSP program **Main tasks and responsibilities**: - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers - Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, printers - Customer support shared with the administrator already in place - Management of active directory and GPOs - Supervision and implementation of storage and backup / restore systems - Participation in the realization of infrastructure projects in collaboration with other teams - Managing problems and changes in the company's infrastructure **Requirements**: - Essential - Good knowledge of MS Windows environments and software - Essential - Server problem analysis and troubleshooting - Essential - Knowledge of architecture and design of solutions based on Microsoft Essential - Windows server and "Active Directory". - Essential - Capacity for methodical analysis and interpersonal skills - Essential - Knowing how to manage priorities and ensure that deadlines are met - Essential - Ability to adapt to non-technical interlocutors - Important - Knowledge of VMWare virtualization solution - Important - Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, etc. - Important - Knowledge of solutions, SAN, RAID, CLUSTER, HOST ESXi. **Desired skills**: - Sense of service and strong motivation for customer / user satisfaction - Availability and responsiveness, coupled with a solid personal commitment - Great discretion and confidentiality - Initiative and autonomy in his actions - Knowing how to be objective and adapt to difficult and / or complex situations, under constraints - Bilingual
