Dog Handler

Growing dog walking company in search of a part-time/casual dog walker and pet-sitter available during the day Monday - Friday (times vary) and occasionally on weekends and evenings. Walker would be hired on as an independent contractor (IC) and hours would fluctuate between 0-8 hours a week.
- must have experience handling reactive or challenging dog behaviours
- lives locally in the city of Hamilton and has their G license and reliable transportation
- can provide a clean criminal record check
- is reliable, responsible, punctual and has exceptional time management skills
- excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- passionate about dogs and eager to learn
- has working knowledge of dog behaviour, body language/communication, and familiar with basic training techniques
- previous dog daycare or pack walking experience
- comfortable working in all weather conditions and being physically active
- able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
- access to smartphone while on the job

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
