Weekends: 9:30am to 6:30pm
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an kitchen assistant. As a kitchen assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food handling, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry who is passionate about providing high-quality meals and exceptional service.

**Duties**:

- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist with food service during busy periods, ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
