Toronto, Canada Bond Consulting Group Full time

We are seeking a talented **SR&ED Evidence Coordinator**, with a background in medicine, biology, engineering, computer science or applied math, or other technologies/sciences, to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, a keen understanding of the scientific method, a tenacious spirit, and superior communication skills.

Training provided.

**Job Specifications**:
Included but not limited to:

- Coordinating, scheduling & attending CRA First Time Claimant Advisory Service (FTCAS) sessions.
- Coordinating, scheduling & attending CRA SR&ED Evidences to defend claims under review.
- Follow up with assigned CRA Auditors once scheduled review has occurred to determine if additional information is required.
- Analyzing, assembling and preparing documentation to CRA or the Tax Court of Canada according to SR&ED policy.
- Communicating with clients in a professional and courteous manner at all time.
- Providing orientation to new and existing clients of BCG (“Bond Consulting”) according to established documentation methodologies.
- Corresponding with clients for the purpose of collecting supporting evidence.
- Quality Control of all SR&ED cases according to established internal policies and procedures.
- Performs other professional duties and tasks as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- University degree or higher is required, ideally in science, technology or medicine and/or professional experience an asset
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to correspond effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to multi-task and ensure strict deadlines are met
- 2 Years of professional Experience
