Being a talent acquisition and development leader in the customer experience center means mobilizing a diverse team of 25 professionals and 1 leader who make a difference in people's lives. In addition, it means supporting allcustomer contact centers in a transversal way in their business strategies. It is through your leadership and passion for human resources that you will have a positive impact on people's lives.

Your main challenges will be to develop, coach and mobilize your team in action as well as to support sectors in their business strategies related to training, recruitment and access management.

**Your job**:

- Develop, coach and mobilize your team in action
- Continuously evolve recruitment, training and access management practices in a constantly changing context
- Ensure cohort recruitment for all of the Bank's client contact centres
- Ensure effective management of access requests
- Continue to modernize training plans and implement a continuous training strategy
- Improve access to information for customer contact centre employees
- Carry out various mandates, analyses and special projects with a significant impact on the customer and employee experience
- Work closely with various partners such as employee experience teams (talent acquisition, consulting and intervention, design, design design and analytics) and IT teams to evolve our practices

Competencies required:

- Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity and 5 years of experience or completed Master's degree and 3 years of experience
- Significant experience in talent management and development
- Experience in process, project and continuous improvement management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a changing context
- Good knowledge of the call center environment
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
