Position Overview:
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and legal partners.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.
- Manage and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track and meet deadlines for various immigration processes.
- Provide support to clients during interviews, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and other team members to address complex cases.
- Following up with clients after their consultations.
- Calling employers to offer immigration services.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in a Business Administration or Diploma as Immigration Assistant
- Proven experience as an Immigration Case Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for case management.
