Marketing Associate

**Your Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and consumer needs.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with potential customers across social media platforms to foster community and relationships.
- Support event management efforts including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with sales and product development strategies.
- Assist in managing and optimizing our website content and search engine performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- **Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with online marketing strategies, SEO principles, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- **Design**: Experience if working with design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, etc)
- **Content Creation**: Experience in content development for various formats (Audio & Video, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, etc.).
- **Social Media Savvy**: Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, with the ability to engage and build community.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- **Collaboration**: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, capable of working with various stakeholders.
- **Creative Mindset**: Innovative thinker with a passion for emerging marketing trends and technologies.
