We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers/Hosts to join our team at our brand-new Tamarack Royal Pizza location. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love pizza as much as we do, we’d love to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly, ensuring excellent presentation and service.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Keep the dining and hosting areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Address guest questions and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
**Requirements**:
- ProServe certification (mandatory).
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and opening shifts as required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
