**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
- Prepare quotes and assist with follow-ups to clients and suppliers
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support management with various administrative tasks
- Communicate efficiently with internal teams and clients
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- **Italian-speaking is strongly preferred**

**Responsabilités**:
- Accueillir les clients, répondre aux appels téléphoniques et courriels avec professionnalisme
- Gérer les rendez-vous et le calendrier de l’entreprise
- Préparer les soumissions et effectuer les suivis auprès des clients et fournisseurs
- Maintenir les systèmes de classement numériques et physiques
- Soutenir la direction avec diverses tâches administratives
- Assurer une communication efficace avec les équipes internes et les clients
**Exigences**:
- Expérience préalable dans un poste administratif ou de réception (un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir les priorités
- **La maîtrise de l’italien est fortement souhaitée**:
- Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
