Customer Service Representative

Due to the mature but complicated tax system in Canada, beyond wealth accumulation, there are increasing demands from the public on tax and risk management. Grandtag Financials' motto is being one of the most recommended companies by customers and colleagues in the financial planning industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and build relationships for clients together with financial advisors.
- Record clients’ feedback to client relationship management system CRM. Able to follow up with clients with their specific needs.
- Connect clients by first finding out their questions and needs.
- Making written and oral communication to clients who inquire about our services through traditional and digital media clients base.
- Focus on the client experience and make interactions meaningful. Connect clients to the right financial advisors who can help them reach their goals.
- Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes. Act like an owner by taking accountability for clients’ issues.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 years+ full-time experience.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Patient and willing to “go the extra mile” for clients and the team is a must.
- Enthusiastic team player who can also work well independently.
- Ability to communicate with Cantonese or Mandarin clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23.00 per hour
