**Job Title: Experienced Wood Oven Pizza Chef & Line Cook**

We are a bustling Greek restaurant that prides itself on authentic flavors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our menu features a mix of traditional Greek dishes alongside wood-fired pizza, and we’re looking for an experienced cook who can bring their passion and expertise to our kitchen.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual with hands-on experience in **wood oven pizza making**, particularly **Neapolitan-style pizza** like Margherita and other wood-fired creations. In addition to pizza making, you should have a broad skill set, including experience in other kitchen areas such as **frying, grilling, and food prep**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality wood-fired pizzas, including Neapolitan varieties (Margherita, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in pizza dough, toppings, and cooking techniques.
- Assist in other kitchen areas, including frying and grilling, ensuring quality and efficiency in every dish.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet customer orders in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wood-fired pizza preparation, especially Neapolitan-style pizzas.
- Experience with frying, grilling, and working in other areas of the kitchen.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for quality food and a love for Greek and Italian cuisine.
