We are hiring a Brand Ambassador for our North York office. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide guidance.
- Deliver clear and accurate product and service information to support informed decisions.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from introduction to completion.
- Support team sales goals by promoting products and services effectively.
- Provide customer support to ensure positive experiences during and after interactions.
- Stay informed on promotions, campaigns, and product offerings.
- Share observations and customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training, team discussions, and contribute to sales and service objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication style
- Comfortable engaging customers in retail or event settings
- Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Daily in-person attendance at the North York office
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset; training is provided
- Must be looking for full time role.
