**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Represent Global Technical Operations to key stakeholders
- Own and action incoming requests from internal stakeholders
- Document knowledge
- Speak with customers to solve technical issues
- Work with R&D on critical or time sensitive issues

Please note that this role will require some light travel as well as occasional on call duties when needed.

**About You**

You are a talented Support Specialist with some terrific qualities, including:

- Independent, accountable, and enjoys technical challenges
- Background or experience in Networking and security
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excited by opportunities to learn new technologies and work without a script
- Experience with Ubuntu, AWS, Elastic Search, Kibana, Outlook365, Zendesk, Jira is a plus
- Basic scripting skills, experience with Python or Ruby a bonus

Previous security experience is preferred but not required. We provide all the cybersecurity training you need during onboarding and on-the-job training.

**Security Requirements**:

- Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN's Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.
- Background checks are required for this position
