We're seeking a passionate and experienced Dealership General Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for overseeing all departments, fostering a positive work environment, and driving profitability across the board.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead by example, building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual sales, service, and financial goals.
- Hire, mentor, and oversee department heads to ensure peak performance.
- Analyze key metrics daily and make adjustments to optimize production across all departments.
- Bridge the gap between sales and service by working with staff and customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Build strong customer relationships, generating a loyal referral network.
- Provide ongoing training and support to all dealership staff.
- Assist managers in building staff and attracting new customers.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales, service, and profitability goals in the automotive OR retail industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive dealership management OR retail management.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Experience leading and motivating diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
- Proficiency in computer software and phone communication.
- Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $155,568.08-$250,835.45 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (required)
- Automotive dealership: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
