**Schedule**: Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 12:00am
**Rate**: $43.28 plus $2.50 shift premium, ($45.78/h)
We are looking for 2 highly capable 310T Truck & Coach Technicians to be located out of our Durham Shop, in Pickering, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:
In the position 310T Truck & Coach Technician your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Completing service, maintenance and repairs of all Company vehicles to both Ministry and Company standards and procedures.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently and minimize equipment downtime.

Repairing waste vehicles and trucks, including troubleshooting of hydraulics/electrical systems.
- Completing road tests on serviced vehicles/equipment.
- Completing work orders with on hand tools and equipment.
- Reading and interpreting manufacturer/operator manuals.
- Maintaining all service records and files for vehicle maintenance.
- Responding to “on-road” service calls, as required.
- Completing preventative vehicle maintenance according to established MWSI policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that all equipment, vehicles and work areas comply with safety policies and regulations at all times.
- Additional projects and duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A safety-first attitude with a familiarity of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and your responsibilities within it.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
- Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Have and maintain a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician's license, along with any other required licenses, and maintain a minimum 'G' - Level Driver’s License.
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- A team mindset and work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility with scheduling as delays in the truck schedule may require you to work outside regular scheduled hours and on rare occasions, weekend work.
