**Job Summary**
We are looking for highly motivated, performance-driven Admission Counselors to join our on-site team. This role is commission-based, making it ideal for individuals who want to be rewarded directly for the value they bring. You will guide prospective students through the admissions journey, from inquiry to enrollment, and work closely with advisors and partner institutions to ensure student success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families
- Provide clear and accurate information about programs and enrollment steps
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate student eligibility and fit
- Collaborate with OCC advisors and partner college admissions teams
- Organize and participate in admissions events, open houses, and information sessions

**Qualifications**
- Experience in sales, education consulting, or student recruitment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable conducting one-on-one and group consultations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Must be available for on-site work five days a week

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Commission-only pay: 3%-5% per enrolled student
- High performers may qualify for higher commission rates and incentive bonuses
