**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Lead and supervise construction teams on-site.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Supervise site and other investigations for project design at all stages.
- Oversee detailed engineering design to enable contractor preparation of construction drawings.
- Provide project management support, including financial management and procurement.
- Assist the Client during tendering, bid evaluation for Stage I, and pre-qualification processes.
- Support bid evaluation, negotiation, and award processes.
- Assist the Client in construction supervision of Stage I.
- Aid in preparing Tender Documents for Stage II.
- Support the Client during tendering and bid evaluation for Stage II.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- (1) Education_
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. A master's in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- (2) Experience_
- Minimum 20 years in the field, with at least 10 years in dam and hydropower project construction and design (**mandatory**).
- At least 10 years in a senior techno-managerial role, with experience as a Team Leader on relevant projects.
- Proven experience in hydropower construction management.
- (3) Skills_
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent time management, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- (4) Responsibilities_
- Lead the project design and supervision team, manage detailed engineering design reviews, and oversee construction activities.
- Organize daily, weekly and monthly meetings with supervision team and monitor project progress. Follow-up with team members for critical activities and ensure project schedule and budget.
- Guide the team of consultants and assist WAPDA and World Bank in timely, quality completion of services.

Pay: $150,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
