Evening Cleaner
- Part-time

**Reporting To**: Facility Manager

**Core Purpose**: Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks within the facility in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.

**Scope of Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Clean and disinfect the areas like, workstations, corridors, stairs, meeting rooms, washrooms, and kitchen.
- Load and unload the dishwasher when required.
- Replenish all consumables in washroom and kitchen, including toilet paper, coffee beans, soap etc.
- Empty interior waste baskets and recycling bins, removing garbage from building to composters as required.
- Operate cleaner machine, such as auto-scrubber, carpet extractors, vacuums, in areas to conduct thorough cleaning.
- Report damaged or inoperable fixtures and furniture to the Management in a timely manner.
- Maintain storage areas for cleaning equipment, housekeeping carts, materials and supplies in a safe and orderly manner.
- Interact effectively and professionally with facility staff and/or visitors.
- Comply with the Company’s Policies, Management Plans and Procedures; actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives
- Fulfill Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans.
- Undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will

**Main attributes required**:

- Relevant experience in cleaning activities in the complex commercial environment
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment.
- Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
- Ability to operate auto scrubbers, burnishers and carpet cleaning equipment for extended periods of time and operational standards.
- Ability to be flexible to operational needs
- Good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check.
