Bingemans is currently hiring an **Assistant Amusement Operations Manager**

**What will you be doing?**
- Effectively manage all areas inside FunworX including Admissions, Playdium Redemption Arcade, Concession and High Ropes, on a year round basis.
- Effectively manage all PD Day and drop off Children’s programs at FunworX
- Drive sales at FunworX by creatively looking at ways to develop new programs
- Coordinate ordering of supplies for pertinent areas of operation
- Coordinate signage with the marketing department for all applicable areas
- Responsible to assess staffing needs for all pertinent areas
- Train, schedule, motivate and coach staff members appropriately
- Assists in overseeing the waterpark in the summer season and operations of Screampark in the fall.
- Assists in managing operational budgets.
- Assists in weekly and monthly inventories
- Responsible to budget costs and labour and to track and ensure that budgets are met and ideally exceeded.
- Responsible to comply with the TSSA regulations for the Water Slides

**What We're Looking For?**
- Previous Management experience necessary preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Understanding and can be easily trained in other computer programs/software
- Excellent Communication skills, written and oral
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of OH&SA(health and safety)
- Thorough knowledge of TSSA Regs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Training or willing to take.
- Must be Smart Serve trained
- Must have Food Safety or willing to take
- Must have Police Check for vulnerable services, or willing to obtain
- Completion of degree in Business or Recreation and Leisure Studies at an accredited college or university.
- Ability to concentrate in a busy environment
- Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions
- Work in a team environment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, heat, cold, rain etc.
- Must be able to lift cases of pop/milk/food (50 lbs max)
- Must be clean, neat, always in uniform
- Requires the ability to stand for substantial periods of time
- Required to perform cleaning duties
- Available to work weekends ,long weekends, days and evenings will be required
