Bel-Air Toyota is looking for a **PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST**

**Hours: Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 8pm AND Saturday from 9am to 5pm**

**Position overview**:
The Evening Sales Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all guests entering the dealership during evening hours. This individual is responsible for managing front-desk operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the overall smooth flow of communication within the dealership after regular business hours.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Notify sales staff promptly when guests arrive and require assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Restock and maintain the cleanliness of the customer coffee bar/lounge area.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Take clear, detailed messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery to the correct individual.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them as needed.
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks assigned by management (e.g., data entry, filing, scanning, preparing documents).
- Monitor showroom traffic and communicate with sales staff accordingly.
- Report any concerns or unusual activity to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in French and English is an asset
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts.
