The Store Supervisor Position is responsible for providing a positive customer experience, creating attractive and creative displays, and continuously learning about our products.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Key holder**: Acts as leader of the store when management is not present
- Responsible for opening and closing the store, including access to the safe, and store alarm.
- **Cash management**: Oversees morning cash documents, till rotations, and reconciliations at the end of the day.
- **Issue resolution**: Handles customer service issues, theft prevention, and assists employees as needed.
- **Record-keeping**: Maintains daily records in the Supervisor log, manages receiving records
- **Product management**: Stock shelves, maintain orderly store, support merchandising display areas, may handle some ordering when relevant

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Previous cashier and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, hospitality, or food services
- Availability to work weekends/evening shifts - _**as late as 11:15pm**_
- Serving It Right certification
- Cash handling
- Must be 19+ years of age
