**About VoPay International Inc.** **Overview** We're seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media & Community Engagement Manager to be the voice of our brand across all social channels. This role is pivotal in shaping our online presence, fostering meaningful customer interactions, and driving brand awareness through compelling content and strategic outreach. **Roles & Responsibilities** **Social Media Strategy & Execution**: - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. - Craft engaging and shareable content across various formats (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.). - Create a content calendar that includes a mix of engaging formats (articles, videos, infographics, polls) tailored to each platform. - Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules. - Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends. - Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights. **Community Building & Engagement**: - Actively engage with customers, partners, and influencers, fostering genuine connections. - Respond promptly to comments, questions, and feedback, providing excellent social customer service. - Foster conversations and build relationships within online communities (LinkedIn groups, developers, industry forums). - Manage online reputation and address any concerns or issues effectively. - Develop and implement strategies to encourage employees to become brand advocates on social media. **Content Creation & Curation**: - Develop a strong brand voice and ensure consistency across platforms. - Curate relevant industry news and insights to share with the community. - Create a mix of original content (blog posts, videos, graphics) and curate relevant industry news. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop thought leadership content and promote company initiatives. - Demonstrate a keen eye for video content creation, editing, and optimization. **Cross-Collaboration & Outreach**: - Design and execute outreach campaigns for cross-collaborations on social media projects. - Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging. - Identify and partner with influencers or potential collaborators for social media or PR campaigns. - Initiate outreach initiatives to expand reach and visibility. - Foster relationships with customers and prospects for potential cross-promotional activities such as webinars, case studies, events etc. **Analytics & Reporting**: - Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to measure campaign effectiveness. - Prepare insightful reports that inform content strategy and optimization efforts. **Skills and Requirements** - 4+ years of experience in social media management, community building, or a related role. - Experience in B2B Software or payments industry is preferred - Excellent Linkedin Marketing skills - Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities. - Strong copywriting skills and a flair for storytelling. - Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Linkedin, etc.) - Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to the ever-changing social media landscape. - Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. - Graphic design skills (Figma, Photoshop, etc.). - Experience with paid social advertising campaigns.
