**Essential Skills**: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3-5 years of experience in IAM solution architecture, with hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and technologies, including authentication protocols, directory services, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA), SAML, OpenID, SCIM, CIAM, FIDO2.Experience with IAM platforms and tools, such as Azure Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and OAuth.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong desire to grow and advance into the role of IAM Security Architect.
