- **Position**:_ Powder Coater
- **Experience Required**:_ Wage will commensurate based on experience and abilities.
- **Skills Required;**_
- Ability to follow direction in a team environment, must be reliable.
- Knowledge of powder coating systems not required, willing to train the right person who has the aptitude to learn various elements of the powder coating system.
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs, the position requires lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching above/below shoulders, all in a hot work environment.
- Troubleshooting skills, ability to learn and adjust.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination, attention to detail and handle all product with care to avoid damage.
- Forklift experience would be ideal, alternatively we can train in-house.
- **MUST**:_
- Hold safety in a high regard, work safely following GPI Safe Work Practices, Procedures and Policies.
- Be able to read and speak English and follow customer work orders.
- Maintain a high level of quality workmanship.
- Hold a valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Have CSA approved steel toed boots.
- Have own (reliable) transportation - transit does not run into this Industrial Subdivision.
- Be willing to learn other areas of the company to maintain a skill balance.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
