We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist at Annugas, you will play a critical role in manufacturing precision components for our gas compression technology. You'll work in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, contributing to the success of Annugas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (4 axis milling and 3 axis turning) to produce high-quality parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining processes.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed.
- Program CNC equipment using G-code and MasterCAM software.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Education & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
- Familiarity with FANUC controls.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and MasterCAM software preferred.
- Journeyman / Red Seal Machinist certification preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
HSE
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently noisy working environment.
- Use of PPE, including safety glasses and steel toe boots required.
- Able to remain standing for long periods of time.
- As this position is considered safety sensitive, employment is conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
