**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC machines, including setting up and programming equipment to fabricate parts based on blueprints and technical drawings.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble components and perform necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to implement Lean manufacturing principles for improved efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the machining process, providing solutions as needed.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery with experience in programming, particularly with Mazatrol systems.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings for precise fabrication requirements.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices to enhance production efficiency.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools for assembly and adjustments.
