**Technical Project Manager**

Self Management Group (SMG) is an industry leader in pre-employment psychometric assessment tools. SMG offers a variety of position-specific personality assessments that help organizations identify, select, coach and develop top-performing employees.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Operations team.

You will create an impact at SMG by:

- Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all stakeholders are actively working toward established milestones
- Analyzing, planning and developing requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Holding regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Providing ongoing client support and training
- Assisting internal team members with daily projects
- Managing client expectations

Qualifications for the Technical Project Manager
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suites and various SaaS platforms

This is a full-time position with benefits and a high probability of growth within the organization, contingent upon excellent performance. The salary will be negotiated based on qualifications.

We are located at Bloor/Islington Place next to the Islington Subway Station and easily accessible by transit. Minutes away from Hwy 427 with parking options in the area. Building amenities include a Goodlife Fitness Club, various food court selections, and more.
