**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a experienced Equipment Operator to join our team for the balance of this construction season.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete pre-trip inspection and grease equipment, daily
- Maintain equipment and report defects to foreman
- Ability to operate equipment Dozer or Excavator in a safe manner
- Ability to put projects to design and on time
- Excavate subgrade and place gravel to grade

**Qualifications**:

- GPS experience is an asset
- Critical thinking skills to be able to work in a safe manner
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Communicate effectively in English following written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Class 5 license with reliable transportation
- Ground Disturbance level 2 is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Cell phone with ability to run B2W apps

Ground Breakers Construction is a locally owned and family operated company, founded in 2006. We provide asphalt paving, underground construction, and earthworks to Southern Alberta and surrounding areas. We also offer retail sales of landscaping rock and other rock product.
