Our current project aims to establish a state-of-the-art facility with a daily production capacity of 14 metric tons of hydrogen, contributing to a sustainable and carbon-neutral future.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the overall planning and execution of the liquefied hydrogen plant with a daily capacity of 14 metric tons.
- Oversee the project from concept through completion, including site selection, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage all aspects of project development, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Identify and secure off-takers for the project, ensuring long-term contracts and partnerships.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and investors to secure project financing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team to manage the plant post-construction.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hydrogen industry or related fields, with significant experience in liquefied hydrogen or similar projects.
- Proven experience in the project management of large-scale industrial facilities, including development, financing, and construction.
- Strong knowledge of hydrogen production processes, liquefaction technologies, and related infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from board members to frontline employees.
- Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices.
