**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Carpenter** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and restoration. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and can contribute to a positive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform all aspects of carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and finishing
- Work on residential builds, renovations, and restoration projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with building codes
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **10 years** of relevant experience in carpentry (residential and/or restoration)
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
