Framer/carpenter

**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Construct frameworks for buildings, including walls, roofs, and floors according to blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble building materials.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements.
- Perform drywall installation and restoration as needed.
- Ensure all framing work meets quality standards and complies with local building codes.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques and restoration methods.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in construction work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
