**Overview**
This role offers you an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative and dynamic team and JUST coach awesome sessions. We need high energy, clear and loud communication, and encouraging ways of providing technical cueing and feedback.

Our current open position is for M-F evenings from 5pm-8pm (3 sessions every evening).

**Responsibilities**
- Implement strength programming to individual clients (programming is done for you - your job is to deliver it well).
- Conduct semi private training sessions (4-6 people), providing clear instruction, accountability, and motivation
- Teach proper exercise techniques (particularly when it comes to resistance training). Should be familiar with squat, bench, deadlift, bracing techniques, mobility training, and progressive overload based training.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly to ensure continuous improvement
- Educate clients on injury prevention, difference between pain and injury, and how to remedy both using mobility, neuromuscular training, and different training techniques.
- Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines
- Track client attendance, progress, and feedback to enhance service quality
- Stay current with first aid/cpr certification and PT Certification

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in personal training or coaching, with strong teaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate clients of all ages and fitness levels (English needs to be strong as this is a fast paced session with clients of all ages)
- Certification in personal training from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE) is preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized training programs based on client performance and assessment (e.g., anterior shoulder pain = mobility + posterior shoulder training)
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed in their fitness journey
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
