**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality
- Train and develop staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members

Qualifications:
