**Reporting Analyst**

**Tenure**: Full-Time (1 Year Contract - Possibility for renewal based on performance)

**Location**: 2206 Eglinton Ave East, Suite 190. Scarborough, ON M1L 4S8 / Hybrid

**Hours**: Monday - Friday

**Salary**: $40,000 / year

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Summary**:
Reporting Analysts at KGS research work closely with various other team members to ensure fielding data is reported with accuracy and precision to the client. In this role, you will also work closely with other departments and client groups, providing disposition reports and call breakdown analysis. The role requires extraordinary attention to detail and communication skills.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Thoroughly reviews all project specifications at beginning of each project and throughout the duration of the project.
- Obtains and organizes all materials necessary
- Provides daily updates with regard to project performance.
- Creates disposition reports to suit the end client’s needs.
- Is quick to identify any issues requiring escalation and act as appropriate.
- Ensures work is delivered with the highest level of quality at all times.
- Being responsive and anticipating executives needs/requests.
- Strong statistical skills and ability to analyze key project stats based on statistical indicators

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in customer service is required.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
- Solid understanding of reporting procedures.
- Experience in fundamental financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
- Positive, patient, and flexible.
- Willing to work weekends as needed.
- Must Speak Fluent English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience with in-depth knowledge of Excel, and a strong methodological background
- Minimum 1 year experience in project planning/organization experience
- Knowledge of market research methods
- Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly (e.g. platforms)
- Highly proficient with MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
- Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
- Capable of working under mínimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning
- An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
