We are looking for full time experienced line cooks to join our team at Moe’s BBQ
Starting at $18/ hr plus bi-weekly tips for line cooks with experience.
Weekday - Afternoon/ Closing Shifts ( 3:00pm-10:30pm)
Weekend (Anytime between 12pm till 10pm)
**Responsibilities**:
- set up stock stations with all necessary supplies
- prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- clean up stations and take care of leftover food
- stock inventory appropriately/ ordering stock
- ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- knowledge of nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
**Requirements**:
- proven cooking experience (including experience as a line chef or restaurant cook)
- understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures seen as a positive
- accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- preferable if familiar with industry’s best practices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
