We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Front Desk/Spa Attendant to join our Wellness Team They possess a warm and friendly personality with a passion for health and wellness. They must also be client-focused, attentive & adaptable and have excellent communication skills. Available 12-15 hours/week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests into the spa, check clients in and out using ‘Booker by MindBody’ and ensure that they feel comfortable for the duration of their visit
- Communicate to Sauna & Steam Circuit guests the relevant information that will allow them to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Listen to the needs of spa guests and respond to their requests
- Collect payment for spa services, products and treatment bar sales
- Prepare and serve guests spa treatments and beverages from Uppliva’s Spa Treatment Bar
- Help the spa run smoothly throughout the day by helping with laundry and replenishing lockers and change rooms as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and COVID-19 infection control & prevention of the spa
- Have thorough knowledge of Uppliva’s wildcrafted spa products, spa services and seasonal promotions
- Offer spa products, treatment, aromatherapy and spa service recommendations to spa guests

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A calm, friendly and warm demeanour
- Ability to multitask, well organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated team player
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Apple products
- Previous front desk, reception or customer service experience required
- Passion for health and wellness
- Availability to work evenings/weekend shifts 12-15 hours/week
