The Bakery Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate, and timely fashion. The Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Bring a positive attitude every day
- Greet customers and assist them with questions and recommendations
- Take and fill bakery orders for customers
- Answer customers’ questions about food ingredients, cake designs, and other aspects of the baked goods
- Arrange baked goods in the display cases and on shelves and counters
- Make certain that displays are filled with products and not low on merchandise or empty
- Ensure that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Department Managers

- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under mínimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- You have 1+ years of experience working in a Bakery Department or related field
- **Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.**:
